في إطار فعاليات برنامج “هي تقود للجامعات”، الذي تنفذه مؤسسة شباب القادة، شهد فرع أبو قير بالأكاديمية العربية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا والنقل البحري تنفيذ تدريب متخصص في مهارات القيادة، بحضور عدد من الطالبات المشاركات في البرنامج.
وقدّمت التدريب الأستاذة هبة محمود، حيث ركزت خلاله على تنمية الوعي القيادي لدى الطالبات، وتعزيز فهمهن لدورهن كقائدات في حياتهن الشخصية والمهنية، إلى جانب دورهن في إحداث تأثير إيجابي داخل مجتمعاتهن.
وخلال الزيارة، حرص فريق البرنامج على تعريف الطالبات بكافة تفاصيل برنامج “هي تقود للجامعات”، واستعراض أهدافه الرئيسية، بالإضافة إلى توضيح الأنشطة والفرص المتنوعة التي يتيحها البرنامج، والتي تهدف إلى دعم الطالبات وتمكينهن على المستويين الشخصي والمهني.
ويأتي هذا التدريب ضمن سلسلة من الفعاليات التي تستهدف بناء قدرات الطالبات وتأهيلهن ليصبحن قائدات قادرات على إحداث تغيير حقيقي، في إطار رؤية مؤسسة شباب القادة لتمكين المرأة ودعم دورها في مختلف المجالات.
وتؤكد مؤسسة شباب القادة أن هذه الفعالية تمثل بداية لرحلة مليئة بالفرص والتجارب، حيث تسعى المؤسسة إلى تقديم المزيد من الأنشطة والتدريبات التي تساهم في تطوير مهارات المشاركات وتعزيز جاهزيتهن للمستقبل.
برنامج «هي تقود للجامعات» يتم تنفيذه من قبل مؤسسة شباب القادة، بالشراكة مع وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي المصرية والمجلس القومي للمرأة، وهيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة – مصر، وذلك في إطار برنامج «تمكين المرأة المصرية»، وبدعم من الاتحاد الأوروبي.
Empowering Future Female Leaders at AAST Abu Qir
As part of the “She Leads Universities” program implemented by the Youth Leaders Foundation, a leadership skills training session was held at the Abu Qir branch of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport, with the participation of a group of female students.
The session was delivered by Ms. Heba Mahmoud, focusing on building leadership awareness and helping participants understand their roles as future leaders in both their personal and professional lives, as well as their impact on their communities.
During the visit, the program team introduced the students to the program’s objectives, activities, and the wide range of opportunities available throughout their journey, aiming to support and empower them on multiple levels.
This training marks the beginning of a series of activities designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to become influential leaders, in line with YLF’s vision of empowering young women and supporting their leadership journeys.
The Youth Leaders Foundation affirms that this is just the beginning, with more impactful experiences and opportunities yet to come. 🚀
