في إطار فعاليات برنامج هي تقود للجامعات، والذي تنفذه مؤسسة شباب القادة، تواجد فريق البرنامج في الأكاديمية العربية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا والنقل البحري – فرع العلمين، حيث تم تقديم محاضرة تعريفية عن البرنامج تناولت أهدافه ومراحله المختلفة، إلى جانب الفرص التي يقدمها للطالبات، خاصة في مجالات ريادة الأعمال والعمل الحر، بما يساهم في دعم تمكين المرأة وتأهيل الطالبات لسوق العمل.
وخلال اليوم، قدمت أ/ أريج إيهاب تدريبًا بعنوان “عقلية ريادة الأعمال”، ركز على كيفية تبني التفكير الريادي وتحويل الأفكار البسيطة إلى مشاريع حقيقية ناجحة، من خلال تطوير المهارات العملية وتعزيز الثقة في اتخاذ الخطوات الأولى نحو الاستقلال المهني.
وقد شهد اللقاء تفاعلًا كبيرًا من الطالبات، حيث سيطرت أجواء من الحماس والطاقة الإيجابية، وعكست رغبة حقيقية في التعلم واكتشاف القدرات.
برنامج «هي تقود للجامعات» يتم تنفيذه من قبل مؤسسة شباب القادة، بالشراكة مع وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي المصرية والمجلس القومي للمرأة، وهيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة – مصر، وذلك في إطار برنامج «تمكين المرأة المصرية»، وبدعم من الاتحاد الأوروبي
“She Leads Universities” at AAST – Alamein Campus
As part of the She Leads Universities program, implemented by the Youth Leaders Foundation, the team visited the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport – Alamein campus, where an introductory session was delivered, highlighting its objectives, phases, and the opportunities it offers to students, particularly in entrepreneurship and freelancing, supporting women empowerment and preparing students for the job market.
During the day, Ms. Areej Ehab delivered a training session titled “Entrepreneurial Mindset”, focusing on how students can adopt entrepreneurial thinking and transform simple ideas into successful real projects by building practical skills and confidence. The session was filled with energy and enthusiasm, reflecting the students’ genuine passion for learning and self-development.
“She Leads Universities” program is implemented by the Youth Leaders Foundation in partnership with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the National Council for Women, and UN Women Egypt, within the framework of the “Empowering Egyptian Women” program, with support from the European Union.
