To Ensure the Fairness in judgment, Student Activities are divided into 6 leagues where the student activities with the same league background gets to compete together

What is the process?

Student activities start their journey with Leaders League through three main phases.

In this phase we have 3 main steps to ensure the choosing the best qualified student activities in the final competition through first

  • The application: When the application call is open, teams can apply through the announced form.
  • Orientation: Selected teams will be called in for an orientation session to fully understand how to prepare for the next steps.
  • The pitch: As a second filtration, Student activities present their projects in front of a judging panel composed of experts in various fields from different sectors. Teams are separated into leagues so the judging panel can assess the projects and the team’s overall performance based on specific criteria and chooses the best performing team to be qualified for the main event (final competition).

Student activities are divided into 6 main leagues, where they compete for a financial prize.

Our Competitions through the years witnessed an admirable turnout, the attendees included; His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education, Her Excellency the Minister of Social Solidarity, Her Excellency the Minister of Immigration, The National Council for Women’s President, and Head of the European Union Delegation to Egypt.

Where all students get the chance to meet and talk to Egypt’s decision makers and get to make their voices heard and look for ways of partnerships.

During the Academic year Leaders League helps the students with all training, workshops, and mentoring sessions needed for their teams, and with every board election, we help them with how to handover and choose the best candidates to be responsible for the student activity.

But the journey doesn’t end with the competitions, as the student activities start another chapter of continuous development with YLF.

The development journey helps the student activities to grow in various aspects through different training, workshops, and mentoring sessions throughout the year.
