Who can apply?
University students from first till last year in any major in any university in Egypt.
What is the process?
The program follows three structured phases; Filtration, Development, Implementation
1.The filtration phase
is dedicated to searching and choosing the potential youth leaders. This phase starts in the universities with The Application then the Competency-based interview, the Online Assessment which is the most vital step where they get assessed with an international assessment tool with no human interactions. Then, the Practical Assessment, where Students are assessed based on how students communicate and react in a group. The last step in the filtration phase is the Panel interviews, to limit the list of accepted leaders and choose the top Leaders.
2.The Development phase
Afterwards, comes the Development phase which sets the second step in the transformation of the applicants into capable leaders. The development work with the transformational leadership model, where the students receive a tailored program covering their areas of development. YLF delivers Customized trainings to each leader for 5 months and each training is followed by the fitness training delivered by our fitness partner.
3. The Implementation
Finally, comes the implementation phase, where Leaders work hand in hand in teams to create an idea to help the community or develop a business idea of their choice. At the end of the program, each team must submit its idea with its business model. The teams get prepared to present it in the closing ceremony in Infront of the YLF team, Judges, and university representatives
The Leadership program have managed to reach 101 Universities and 56 different faculties through 27 Governorates. We chose more than 35000 Applications and chose 210 Leaders and delivered 4500 training hours.
